It's been a long time since I last posted.. been very busy and also very lazy... =P
Well.. what to say.. I'm having my finals now.. took kenegaraaan on monday and oral interaction skills on tuesday and after this got one on 29th(programming), 4th(maths) and also 5th(circuit). After that I'm as free as a bird for 2 months long =).

Can't wait to turn back into a pig and enjoy all the perks staying at your very own home sweet home. Can't wait to spend more time with my friends, my family, my girlfren, and last but not least my c.o.m.p.u.t.e.r. haha..

One blink of an eye, and one semester has passed by.. Seems so fking fast le.. I can still remember the days of orientation.. Boring but yet memorable days =).. No fak, don't look at the past but focus at the future.. future 2 months only i mean ;)

2am le.. time to get some rest.. promised I will start my studies again tomorrow, if not she will kan diao me ohhh.... sweat..

Nothing to do now.. Tutorial class just ended and the next class is at 2pm.
Have to wait for my electrical circuit lab partner to finish his part for lab report before i do mine.
Tonite there is pesta tanglung at k10.
Expected amount of people - 1300
Don't know if I have enough time to finish the report and enjoy the festival tonite.
Promised to meet up with mei sing and cheng2 le.

Personally i feel very saddened and distressed. Many ch, ccb, sh, mcb everywhere. Haiz..

Reading the news these days has been interesting. Things that have been said will happen actually did happen (political stuff). I really hope there will be a government reform somewhat soon. About Lee C.Wei's performance.. pathetic haiz.. sek si la choong wei, fat mong la choong wei. Lin Dan was like playing around with a small kid. Torturing him a slow death. Like Yujin, Fai, Pt and Fw dragging games hahahah.. Saw the news report showing a picture of his parents celebrating his victory in the semi-finals. Why not show the picture of his parents after losing to Lin Dan?? hahaha.. sure funny la aiyo..

Course nite and exam week

On the 3rd of August 2008, the annual CC course night was held at Bukit Jalil hotel.. i think. Hmm hmm the 1st picture is CL,KJ,me,HN, 2nd picture is Leon and I, 3rd photo is our class guys, 4th photo is An Jie and Wen Jie. It looked so nice so I just put it in for fun =).
Well what to say le, it was a fun night. Took many photos, had nice food then we did our performance which was ok. After that, the seniors played some games with us etc pass around a rubber band using a small straw in our mouths. A few seniors also sang some songs ( wow can they sing :) ). But when the night was coming to an end, something had to happen. Tze Lin's both leg cramp, not the calf there but the thigh also. All of us didn't know what to do.. If i remember correctly there was a guy and a girl helping her. HN tried to help also but to no avail. All I could do was just stand there helplessly. Mei Lin and An Jie stayed by her side while the rest of us was sent back. In then end they took her to the hospital. Luckily nothing serious happened and she recovered. Phew.

Exam week ah.. nothing much de. Just a hectic week and sleep deprived once again. Glad its over :)

Can people change?

Well, I would like a change in myself. They say its impossible to change a person, but I think I'll give it a try =).
I've noticed I am very negative, so from now onwards I will do my best to be as positive thinking as I can be.
For starters, food over here will always be the same old food, theres nothing I can do about it. Might as well look at the bright side, I can spend more time with friends taking the bus to SS. Whats life without friends?
Secondly, printing will be available starting this Wednesday when we get our new student card. All we have to do is register at our faculty library. The printing machine is located inside the library.
Last but not least, I am currently writing this in the comfort of my hostel room. Don't know if its cause many people are attending the k10 idol finale downstairs or they installed everything correctly already. No wait, I'm sure they did it ;).
Last week after kenegaraan class, Hong Ning and I walked back to our hostel. The walk took about 35mins. Haha, it was tiring but it beats standing and doing nothing while waiting for the bus. All the way back, we didn't manage to see a single k10 bus lolz.
Yesterday went for the first class of PBSM, not "pergi balik setiap minggu" that I have been a member since the start of university :). The class was quite fun and the ice breaking activity was cool. After the class, my parents picked me up to hand in ptptn papers at k6. The waiting number we had was somewhere around 230+ and the current number was 150. Luckily my friend Daniel had a extra number which he gave me. If I'm not mistaken, it was 174. That saved us atleast 1 to 2 hours of waiting. Really owe him alot of thanks. Thanks Daniel :).
After that I found out my mom gave her number to another guy who just came in to take his. He look very happy, so says my mom. The moral of the story is... "One man's trash is another man's treasure" and always be kind and giving.

There is more that meets the eye

After spending some time staying at k10, I began to notice a few things. First of all is the FOOD.. there is no what so ever Chinese food here. Everyday we are forced to endure delicious spicy malai tong zat fan, which comprises of chicken, fish , chicken, fish, and yes more chicken and fish. If you want to eat some decent and not so overpriced food, you have to take the BUS... the bus that always always comes "ON TIME" and takes a "SHoRT WhiLe" to leave, to the so called "old flats". Getting to class on time seems like a challenge but some how we manage to survive so far. Other than that, there is a printing service here. But with a catch, its only for your slip pendaftaran. Printing other stuff is not available, unless you count those illegal services at the hostel which costs 20sen/page. On the other hand, you can print at the library at 10sen/page but you have to take the BUS again. Ok, theres nothing more for me to complain about now.

Finally can use laptop to online at UPM but.... cant log in blueserver or even ran online. Dude wtf.. Other than the fact that im sitting in the so called laundry room right now. They said the whole hostel has connectivity but nooooooooo.......... only the middle part of the building has. And im on the wayyy left side. So i guess i just have to wait >..< Nvm, i should be grateful to even be able to online. Alot of the other colleges doesn't have this privilege. Oh well, i still have the reincarnation and crunchyroll lolz. Other times study lor =) Gtg lo...ciaoz

Orientation at UPM

I finally finished my orientation.. gawd 9 days of insufficient sleep again. Makes me miss waking up at 12pm =). Hmm how to describe this second orientation.. practically the same, only two things are different : less games and our own college cheers ( we have 17 colleges at upm ) And i'm in K10, one of the most crazy colleges. All the colleges gather at a big hall almost everyday and while waiting for the event to start, we will fight each other with our cheers. It might sound lame but its quiet fun lolz. Well, thats all for now. For tomorrow is the start of my first semester :).

Sayonara MMU

Wow, just one week of orientation and the first week of the trimester. Now i'm leaving for UPM-computer and telecomunication.. hope thats bout the same as computer engineering. Don't know why i em se dek leave here. Mybe i assume the quality of education at MMU is better or the facilities or even the job opportunities after graduating. Ahhhh... oh well, rm10k for 1 year at MMU compare with rm2k for 1 year at UPM. I guess thats the most important factor here $_$. Tata mmu >.<

A New Start

Just finished my one week orientation at MMU. At 1st i thought it was crap and just a waste of time but at the end of it, i realised it was a good experience. A little too late but nevertheless i will appreciate it. The seniors (orientation committee) sacrificed their 2 weeks of holiday just to be with us. 1 week preparing and 1 week organizing it. Having bout 2-3 hours of sleep just like the rest of us freshies for 2 whole weeks.
Some already graduated and are just waiting for their convocation. Meanwhile the other OCs are having their semester break but instead they chose to spend it with us. At the end of the orientation, alot of OCs and freshies shared their inner feelings and thoughts. Most of them cried, it touched my heart. I hope i too will know the word "Passion" in the near future.
In a nut shell, orientation week for me was great.
Bad = food, hostel, insufficient sleep, boring briefings
Good = games, OCs, experience

MyRosso Ran Online

Hmm.. Ran Online was originally owned by e-games until it got bought over by MyRosso. I didn't see any big change happen after the transition, but many of my frens have their opinions whether its good or bad ones. For me, it's still the same old same old. Leveling day after day, never ending process. And a tiring one too if you don't say. If my current level experience per round is 0.04, i wonder just how do people higher level than me enjoy leveling?? Not to mention the annoying ksers. Some are just plain blank stupid idiots. "SM school ks me, so i ks back SM" Wtf la, grow a brain. While others are more reasonable, targeting guilds and certain people only. Fortunately, my fren and I spend abit $$ on x2,x3 exp necklaces, which really helps alot and gets you in the mood. Without it, leveling is so depressing = = . Ok, thats enough of my whinning for today. Gonna go back leveling tomorrow.

My Pet Kitten

One day on Jan 08' , my frens were preparing for a bbq party, I agreed to tag along buying the chicken wings. It was a clear and bright morning as I was walking to yujin's house. Half way there I heard low soft screams of help coming in the form of 2 kittens. They were coming out of a bag, obviously some irresponsible person threw them there. When I met up with yujin, we gone back together to see the kittens. They were both so tiny and adorable but I knew I couldn't keep them as my parents wouldn't allow it. After thinking about 5 minutes on what to do, we decided its best to just leave em be, mybe mommy will come and get them. But as soon as we were walking away, 2 big wild dogs ran passed us and noticed one of the kittens. Sad to say, we saw the poor defenseless kitten get surrounded and killed right in front of our eyes. Luckily the dogs didn't notice the other kitten and we manage to save it. In the end, this kitten turned into my pet. =)

I still remember the hard days of feeding her, dipping small pieces of bread into milk and forcing her to eat them. But after she got abit bigger we bought some kitten food, those small round tablets that needs to be soaked in water. My bro said it looked like a rabbit standing on 2 feet and the other 2 feet on my hand while eating those tablets. After bout 2 months, my dad started to feed her fish almost everyday for dinner. She would chow down like there's no tomorrow haha unlike the tablets that i had to feed her by hand.

She lived behind my house and almost everyday I would let her come inside. Or should I say she forces her way in. Any opportunity she gets, she would run like mad into the house. 1st place she runs to is the dustbin cause you know foods there = =. So we got smarter and cleared the trash before we let her in. She would cling on to the dustbin and smell awhile before noticing nothings there heh. Don't know why but she loves exploring the house, she would even climb up the stairs to the 2nd floor. Loves to bit wires and hiding under the couch. Oh and also biting people's feet. The pain is there but it doesn't bleed, mybe she's playing around.

All was well until a week before ching ming, i had to go back to my hometown with my parents. Went back on Sat morning, Sat night my bro fed it. But when we came back on Sun afternoon she was gone. Still a mystery bout what happened to her. Did she ran away? Or did something bad happen. Everyday she would wonder outside, but she always came back. Not this time.. Its been about 1 month since then.

Recently I found a anime about a kitten and found it interesting and fun to watch.

I know there are tons of words for you to read, but briefly scan through it. A better understanding on the basics of the game will ensure a better gaming experience. =)

Verdant magic is one i would suggest to all new players because it is very easy to manage but also very powerful once you understand the power within. Haha, enough with the crap. Read these 2 verdant guides by 2 vets i deeply respect. They proved very useful to me, hope they do you well too.

To top it up, here's some tips on playing green by me.
1. Finish researching ( tips inside guides above )
2. Do a mono nix or griffon/nix stack with assignments wooden soul/candle or rust armor/candle respectively and explore to 3.5k land ++.
3. Change your stack to treants/mandrakes/earth element ( this stack has been proven to work ) Just make sure u have plant growth on =). Assignments rust/ash, call hurricane/candle, rust/ carpet works fine. Remember to change assignments frequently.
4. Pick easy targets, blacks preferably, greens/blue/white occasionally but never reds.
5. Avoid blacks after 1300 turns ( don't wanna get deviled when you have 3 stacks )
6. Treants/EE works fine at high land too and remember to cast all green's enchantments ( Nature's lore , Nature's favor, weather summoning, concentration are all good )
7. Barriers are a must, keep them at 75% at all times. Unless you want to be food for others to farm at.

-If you're not playing at a solo server, join a guild and have allies ( preferably blues, my bro sometimes stack to send Ice elements as reinforcements, really helps alot vs red dragons )
-Prepare to be hit by reds 24/7, just try to out damage them and gain more land in the process. When you out power them, they won't visit your country ever again.
-Change your stack when you feel like it. Griffons/Nix ( both flying units ) and Treants/EE ( both ground but deadly units )
-At around 8k land, feel free to experiment griffon/nix/treants/mandrakes/ee/efreeti/unicorn/werebear/etc so you can hit blacks as they are easier to win.
-I personally disagree with having fodders for defense ( nymphs, dryads, elven magician, druids ) Usually that's where you lose alot of net power which causes you the battle. Fake stacks are fine.
-Hate gorillas and creeping vines, useless units

*Get heroes -> Shaman, Summoner, Enchantress, Warlord, and Witch. These are the few heroes which I always use.

Reasons:

1. The first three improves efficiency ( more damage if you did not read the guides :P ) Shaman will mostly lead Treants, Summoner -> Earth Element, Enchantress -> High Elves.

2. Shaman improves tree folks and gives additional mana income. Get it to level 18 and you will have a free web of the spider women spell ( -1 initiative to a random enemy stack ). Very powerful :).

3. Summoner improves summoning %, Enchantress gives good accuracy bonus to one stack.

4. Warlord gives no efficiency boost but the accuracy bonus to all stacks are awesome.

5. Witch also gives no efficiency boost but it's skill, Cursing, will decrease the accuracy of a random enemy stack. Very useful vs. other greens as they have low nether magic resist. Polymorph is also a good skill vs. whites, as they will most likely use recruits (knight templers).

Haha, so true. Ever since my holidays started, I played this game 24/7 and i'm getting quite good at it =).

But for all you new people that wanna try this game out, spend some time reading the "guides for newbies" as it really helps out alot. Pick a magic specialty such as verdant(green) or ascendant(white) which are easier to start out with. My 1st was verdant and I kept playing it over and over again till i perfected it. I have to say.. i'm loving every moment of it.

My 1st post

Hello and welcome to whoever reading this.
Hmm.. when blogging was 1st initiated, i was very sceptical and thought it was just a waste of time. I heard ppl say its like a diary/journal but wide open for everyone to see. Why would any sane person want that??
However, after much persuasion and nagging from my frens and my tai ko, here I am = =".
